publicly available weather information. The current conditions data on the Home Page and all data on the Detailed Data, Detailed Reports, Mobile Page, and Graphs pages comes from local observations in Parsons. The maps, advisories and forecast data are provided by the Weather Underground and the National Weather Service. The earthquake data is provided by the U.S. Geological Survey. |

CWOP is a private-public partnership with three main goals: • Collect weather data contributed by citizens. • Make data available for weather services and homeland security. • Provide feedback to the data contributors so that they have the tools to check and improve their data quality. |
